What is the payment protocol?

Private Pay:
If you are considering private pay, please contact us by phone or email to schedule your child’s initial evaluation.

Insurance:
If you plan to use insurance, please contact your child’s primary care provider (PCP) and request that a referral be sent to our clinic. Their office may ask for our contact information, which is provided below:

What should I expect at our first visit?

In your child’s first evaluation session, we’ll focus on building rapport and gaining a full understanding of their strengths and needs. This includes a parent interview, observation, and engaging, play-based activities. Standardized tests may also be used when helpful. At the end of the appointment, we’ll review the results together and outline a personalized treatment plan to support your child’s growth.
Evaluation appointments last up to 60 minutes, with ongoing treatment sessions up to 45 minutes.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you please give 48 hours notice of cancellation when you are able. We know sickness and weather happen, but this allows us to fill slots with other children in need of services.
